“BK Bowl has great food and very good beer selection. So it´s a cool place to see a show. Playoff games were on the TVs and I was psyched both the Knicks & Islanders won. In recent Spins history, I´ve seen the PFOK anniv shows, I saw Yonkers Raceway, where they did alot of the blues stuff. And then the -awesome- SD/BT double bill a The Cap. All good stuff. So I have to admit, this record release show didn´t wow me with any extra special treats in the set list, etc. I´ve grown tired of the What Time/Nice Talking opener and Lil Miss/Princes are way played out for me these days. But I´m digging Some Other Man as one of the new songs. I´m always into About A Train. When Genuine came out of Refrig, that was a moment that caught me off guard, nice segue. The Ben´s song was nice and Yo Baby was sooo good, maybe the highlight of the night for me. I bought the new CD last night, had to support.”
